  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email and shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on eligible orders during promotions or when meeting a minimum order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard procedures. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and other details are accurate when placing your order.

Shoe Tense is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
