Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
• The item is not damaged, altered, or washed.
• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products showing signs of use or wear.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products without original packaging or tags.
• Gift cards (if applicable).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Incorrect items received.
• Manufacturing defects.
• Size replacement (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Shoe Tense will bear the return shipping cost.
• For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if eligible.
